Salon Policies

  • As a courtesy to the client following, please try to be prompt for your appointment. If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
    .. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  • To better serve clients on our cancellation list, we request 24 hours notice when canceling appointments.
  • If you are receiving a special occasion service, remember to wear a button-up blouse to make changing easier.
  • To assure availability for your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next visit prior to leaving the salon.
  • Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added to credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
  • A credit card may be required to secure certain Hair services. You may be charged the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice.
